This high-energy 60-minute interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Come raise your overall fitness level and burn up to 1000 calories in less than an hour!
Intro to Rhythm Ride
Not quite ready to jump into our Rhythm Ride class yet? Not a problem! Try out our intro class that will teach you the basics to riding to the beat of the music as well as the different 'moves' we use to keep our blood-pumping and bodies tight!

Rhythm Rides are all about riding to the beat of the music music. The rhythms bring class together where we ride in union and rock out to great music. Rhythm Rides are meant to give you a full-body workout and allow you to dance your butt-off on your bike for the best 60 minutes of your day.

Endure! 90 Minutes
For those looking for a longer, more challenging ride, this 90 minute workout is designed to simulate riding outdoors by incorporating everything from speed work and hill climbs to pace line and time trial simulations.
